Kōnan-Yamate Station (甲南山手駅, Kōnan-Yamate-eki) is a passenger railway station located in Higashinada-ku, Kobe, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).[1]

Kōnan-Yamate Station is served by the Tōkaidō Main Line (JR Kobe Line), and is located 577.0 kilometers from the terminus of the line at Tokyo and 20.6 kilometers from Osaka.

History

Kōnan-Yamate Station opened on 1 October 1996.[2]

Station numbering was introduced to the station in March 2018 with Kōnan-Yamate being assigned station number JR-A55.[3][4]
